By James Clark | email

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The civil trial between City Hall and city employee Martha Ellerbrook is on the court docket to start Monday.  Ellberbrook claims she was passed over for a job opening in February 2007 as retaliation because her husband, Lubbock's Director of Solid Waste Terry Ellerbrook, sued the city and settled out of court.

Martha Ellerbrook was hired by the city as the Director of Animal Control Services in March of 2010.  Ellerbook is suing in Lubbock federal court.  (CLICK HERE) to read a 8-page summary of the case including stipulated facts and disputed facts.
