Three men arrested after armed robbery of pizza delivery man

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Three men were arrested Friday night after an armed robbery of a pizza delivery man in Northwest Lubbock, and one suspect is still on the loose.

Officers responded to reports of a delivery man being followed by at least three people who robbed him.

According to the police report, Domino's Pizza employee Ricardo Haro, 62, was threatened with a gun in the 500 block of Slide by 20-year-old Ivan Ezequiel Pauda, 24-year-old Rene Rios, 19-year-old Berardo Alazar Pauda and a fourth suspect.

A witness positively identified three of the suspects involved.  Ezequiel Pauda, Rene Rios and Berardo Pauda were arrested and booked into the Lubbock County Jail on charges of aggravated robbery and engaging in organized criminal activity. Berardo Pauda was also charged with possession of marijuana. The fourth suspect has not been located.

There is no word on if Haro was injured in the aggravated robbery.
