LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Several properties owned by a Lubbock businessman, convicted of running a Ponzi scheme, are scheduled to go up for auction next month.  Benny Judah is serving 25 years in prison after defrauding around 250 Lubbock-area investors out of more than $50 million.

The attorney in charge of selling off Judah's assets to help repay those investors filed an unopposed motion to set two auction sites; one at the South Loop Holiday Inn in Lubbock, and the other at a location in Springtown, Texas, northwest of Fort Worth.

Seventy three properties in Lubbock and Shallowater are scheduled to go up for action on November 12th.  The following day, 39 acres in Springtown Texas are also slated for sale.
