LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - He admits sending marijuana, hashish, and psychedelic mushrooms from Santa Fe New Mexico to Lubbock. It will cost Ben Kleinke two-and-a-half years in federal prison. Kleinke was sentenced Friday in Lubbock federal court for one count of conspiracy. Court records say he shipped drugs to Lubbock using the postal service. Those same records say a co-conspirator, who is not named, then paid him for weekly shipments.
