LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - If you felt a rumble in south Lubbock County on Tuesday, you're not alone.
KCBD NewsChannel 11 had some residents contact us that said they felt a shake around 2:30 Tuesday afternoon. One man who emailed us says it felt like a shock-wave that shook the building and rattled the windows.
It appears to have been the result of a test done by a local hurricane testing lab, but due to the type of tests, the company asked that we do not disclose their name or location.
