Crosbyton Goes Pink campaign

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The Crosbyton High School chapter of Business Professionals of America is sponsoring a Crosbyton Goes Pink campaign.

Crosbyton High School will have an assembly at noon on Thursday, October 21, 2010 at the Crosbyton High School Auditorium. On Friday October 22, at noon, CHS is going to have a balloon release at the pep rally. Then, on that same night Crosbyton will "pink-out" Chieftain Stadium by wearing pink T-shirts and make public service announcements.

The Chapter sold over 450 T-shirts and solicited donations from the community and local businesses. After all bills were paid, the chapter will proudly donate a check of approximately $2100 to the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.
