Lubbock-Cooper ISD trick-or-treating for canned goods Sunday

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The Lubbock-Cooper High School National Honor Society, Student Council, and Key Club will be "trick-or-treating" on Sunday, October 24 for canned goods to be donated to the South Plains Food Bank as part of their "Halloween for Hunger" event.

Students will visit four target areas. People living in one of the four target areas are asked to leave the canned goods on the front porch to be picked up. Those living outside of the target areas, are encouraged to help in this effort by bringing the canned goods to the high school any time during school hours on Monday, October 25.

All of the donations will be delivered to the food band after school.
