Surveillance provides first look at armed robbery suspect

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Surveillance provides a first look at the man who robbed a Lubbock motel at gun point. The quality is not the best, but police hope the photos can help identify the suspect.

The man held up the Motel 6 at 66th Street and Interstate 27 on Thursday, around 7:30 p.m.  Police say he pulled a hand gun, demanded money from the desk clerk, and then fled.

His hooded sweatshirt covered his face, so police only have this limited description, a black male, around 30-years-old.

If you know anything about this robbery, you're asked to call Crime Line at (806) 741-1000.
