Fourth on Broadway Festivities

The 13th Annual 4th on Broadway events kick off on Friday morning with the Benchmark 2nd Annual Patriot Run. The "Proud American" Parade will begin at 9:00 a.m. and will travel west down Broadway.

Following the parade will be the Texas Tech Street Fair, Kid's Area, and Music Cool Zones from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Festivities will then move to Mackenzie Park at 7:30 p.m. for the evening concert and fireworks.

Headliners for the concert include the Texas Playboys, Matt Morris, and Brian Lee. Brian is the Lubbock native who became a finalist back in November on the Today Show's "Super Star Competition."
