LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Several lane closures are scheduled for next week on the I-27 fly-over at South Loop 289.   Its part of an ongoing maintenance project making $6.2 million worth of repairs to the interstate pavement and over-passes. Fly-over work is scheduled to start Monday, and TxDOT expects repairs on it will take a week to complete.

TxDOT also plans to switch traffic at the West Loop and 19th Street on Monday.   Northbound traffic is scheduled to move into one lane of the newly built 19th Street overpass.   The northbound exit to Frankford is also scheduled to re-open.   Later this month, TxDOT will move all traffic to the northbound lanes, to start work on a new south-bound over-pass at 19th Street.
