Scalia spoke in Lubbock back in 2008 to a crowd of more than 5,000 people.  Breyer is new to the annual event, which is put on by the Texas Tech University School of Law.  It's called the Sandra Day O'Connor Distinguished Lecture Series, and tickets are free but you must get a ticket in advance.

Complimentary tickets are available at the law school, by calling (806) 742-3787, ext. 248 or by emailing specialevents.law@ttu.edu.
