Food for Thought 11/11/10

For the first time in nearly a decade, you can find the authentic flavors of Korea in Lubbock, and we find it at the top of our Food for Thought list.

Seoul Korean Cuisine at 4620 50th is still fairly new to the Hub City and tops the list for the first time.

Another Asian food restaurant makes an appearance as a top performer. In fact, they were the first Chinese restaurant ever bestowed the prestigious honors, and they've done it again. Located at 5217 82nd street, China Town restaurant was flawless.

Casa de Miguel at 1901 W. Loop 289 is also another Food for Thought newcomer.

Our next stop adds a little Hawaiian flare to the menu. Aloha BBQ Grill at 98th and Indiana prepares another perfect inspection.

Known for their sizzling plates of perfection - Las Brisas Steakhouse at 4701 112th grills up another perfect score.

You don't even need to leave your house to sink your teeth into this repeat top performer. Texas Steak Express at 606 W. Loop 289 brings perfection to you.

M'Lisa's at 5610 Frankford sinks another perfect score as well.

As does McAlister Deli at 4210 82nd.

Next we head to a fast food trio of perfection:

Fazoli's at 4008 82nd

Burger King at 4202 82nd

Taco Bell 2408 82nd

It's a double helping of freshness as we hit up our next stop. Subway at 4412 50th and the Subway at 4923 34th both had zero critical violations.

Just in time for the holidays, Hickory Farms inside the South Plains Mall has perfection ready for you to serve up.

And while you're in the mall top of your stop with a sweet treat at Yo Fresh Yogurt Café. They scooped up a perfect score.
