Plainview Sonic car hop robbed at knife-point during happy hour

PLAINVIEW, TX (KCBD) - A Sonic car hop in Plainview was held at knife point and robbed Thursday afternoon, according to the Plainview Police Department.

The victim reported she delivered an order to an Hispanic male driving a two door car with tinted windows. As she handed the customer his order, he grabbed her by the arm, threatened her with a knife and demanded her money. He took an undisclosed amount of money and fled the scene.

The car hop was not injured during the robbery. The Plainview Police Department is still investigating the robbery.
