Lubbock couple arrested for drugging and stealing money from elderly man

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock couple is arrested for possibly drugging an elderly man and stealing his property.

Nicole and Terry Hicks are in the Lubbock County Jail, both charged with causing serious bodily injury to the elderly. According to court documents, the couple allegedly stole more than $200,000 from Terry's father, Earnest, over a period of up to two years, leaving him with just $94 in the bank.

Nicole and Terry are both being held on a $100,000 bond each.
