Public Defender to Represent Morales - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The man representing former Texas Attorney General Dan Morales is being described as a top notch attorney, but he was not hired by Morales, he is a public defender. Morales is accused of wrongfully trying to obtain hundreds of millions of dollars in legal fees over the $17 billion Texas tobacco settlement.

He is currently being held without bond in the Caldwell County Jail in Lockhart.
