LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – A Lubbock man who also has an address listed in Olton is arrested Tuesday on allegations that he sexually assaulted a young boy.  Jerry Lee Deleon, 38 is held on a $75,000 bond.

Police were called out to a residence in West Lubbock back in July.  A CPS investigator told police that Deleon was caught in the act of sexually assaulting a young boy.

Specific details are too graphic to be described here, but the report characterizes the incident as "sodomy/rape of a male".

CPS asked police to take the boy to University Medical Center for a sexual assault examination.  The police report says that the boy was asked if he hurt.  The victim "responded by nodding his head, looking down in between his legs, and looking at the rear end of a stuff animal he was holding."  The police report also says the boy "was not verbal during the nurse or doctor examination."
