(RNN) - Worrying over where to find the best door-busting deals on Black Friday? Well, there's an app for that. The TGI Black Friday app from tgiblackfriday.com is giving shoppers a leg-up on the nation's busiest shopping day.

"We have all major stores in the app," said Dealcatcher CEO Kevin Kahn.

The free app, available for the iPhone and Android, allows shoppers to view all the deals from their favorite stores right on their phone.

The Black Friday app combines all the holiday circulation ads, both published and leaked, together and divides them into categories.

"You can do everything online, it's easier," Kahn said.

The app debuted last year and according to Kahn, new features like push notification and the ability to view scanned images of all the printed ads, have made it a better resource to consumers.

Users can browse or search for the best gift then compare prices from competing stores to find the best deal.

The app allows users to make lists of their favorite things to save for later or to email to friends and family members.

Although the app is named for Black Friday, Kahn promises to keep consumers in the know well into Cyber Monday and throughout the entire holiday season.

"Honestly, there are a lot of sites, like Newegg and even Amazon, who are competing with the door buster deal," Kahn said.

TGI Black Friday has placed in the top-three most downloaded free app in the iTunes App Store this week.

As of Wednesday, the app had reached 700,000 downloads, and developers anticipate the app will reach 1 million downloads by Black Friday.
