LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock man charged with his sister's death will go to trial on upgraded charges. Raymond Garcia, 25 stands indicted for intoxication manslaughter.

He's accused in the September accident that killed Deborah Mota, 26. Authorities say the two got into an argument at a bar, and when Garcia tried to drive away, Mota jumped on the hood. He kept driving and she fell off.

Mota later died at University Medical Center. Garcia originally faced a charge of intoxication assault.
