Man indicted for crash that injured Lubbock woman

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted Kevin Crispin, 40, for intoxication assault Tuesday. He's accused in a crash earlier this month that sent Owen Artz, 53 to the hospital.

The accident also injured Artz's husband, Gary. Owen Artz remains hospitalized in satisfactory condition.
