Bounty hunter gets prison time for shooting a wanted man

PLAINVIEW, TX (KCBD) - A New Mexico bounty hunter will serve 15 years in prison for the shooting death of a man in Plainview earlier this year.

Jarrod Flaming, 41 at the time, was looking for Derek Graves, 31, who was wanted on a drug charge from Potter County. Graves ran out the back of a house when Flaming tracked him down in Plainview. Graves was shot in an alley behind the house.A judge sentenced Flaming on Monday, according to Hale County officials.
