  • Imaging Suite of Future Surgery

In the coming years we'll have a new look or at least a new view with less invasive treatment methods thanks to imaging techniques. The radiological society of North America says the imaging suite of the future will come complete with robot guided needles. • Whole Grain Cereals

Starting your day with whole grain cereal can boost your health. Recently, the physician's health study from Harvard University showed that men who eat whole grain cereal every day lower their risk of death from heart disease and cancer. A similar study with nurses was released a few years ago and showed similar results for women. So you can start your day with a bite of good health.

  • Doggie Bag Safety

If your plans include dinner out, make sure your leftovers get home in style and safe to eat later. According to the Partnership for Food Safety Education, you should refrigerate your doggie bag or pack it in a cooler with ice or cold packs within two hours of serving. Bacteria thrive at temperatures between 40 to 140 degrees fahrenheit, so if you sit and visit too long after your meal or run an errand on the way home, your doggie bag may turn out to be an RSVP to a food-related illness.
