LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Three people are safe following an early morning fire in southeast Lubbock.
The fire broke out around 4:00 a.m. Thursday at a mobile home in the 300 block of East 82nd Street. The blaze completely destroyed the home and damaged an SUV parked nearby. The fire also damaged a neighbor's carport.
Two men and a woman escaped without injury. They are now being assisted by the Red Cross.
Firefighters from Lubbock and the Woodrow Volunteer Fire Department responded to the blaze.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
