Alvaro Moreno, Source: Lubbock Police DepartmentLUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Lubbock prosecutors issued an arrest warrant on Friday morning for a 23-year-old man who is accused of sexually assaulting a family member who was less than 14-years-old.
Alvaro Moreno is already listed as a registered sex offender. He was convicted in 2004 in Lubbock County for aggravated sexual assault. He was also convicted in Brown County for failing to register as a sex offender.
Online jail records show he was booked into the Lubbock County Jail just before 4 p.m. on Friday.
