Group of kids get an early Christmas

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – Children at the Buckner Children's Home got an early Christmas this year. Santa Clause came and visited the kids Saturday and not only did it help them get into the holiday spirit, it was also an opportunity to thank the parent's for their services.

"We have foster group homes that on campus and then we also have about twenty-five foster homes throughout the community. So children from both of those groups of care will participate in this even today." said Kathy McGee Director of Foster Care. The kids at the Children's Home left with high spirits, an ornament, and a gift.
