Autopsy Shows 21 Year-Old Woman Died of Strangulation

An autopsy report indicates that the 21 year-old Lubbock woman found dead Tuesday morning died of strangulation. On Wednesday, local authorities continue to search for a suspect in Cynthia Joann Palacio's death.
