LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A woman accused of killing her boyfriend at their apartment in 2009, was in a Lubbock courtroom Monday morning.
Carol Ann Nussbaum arrived for a bond reduction hearing. Her attorney presented evidence to the judge asking for Nussbaum's $250,000 bond to be reduced.
Nussbaum was indicted last month for the November 2009 murder of Paul Brown. Detectives found Brown's body in a truck in the parking lot of the Boulders at Lakeridge Apartment complex.
The judge will not decide if Nussbaum's bond should be reduced until after the new year.
