Foreign Students Earn Honorary Citizenship

Thirty-six foreign exchange students are now honorary Lubbock citizens.

On Thursday Judge Jim Dulin granted the students temporary citizenship in a ceremony at River Smith's restaurant.

The students are visiting Lubbock as part of a foreign exchange program through the Lion's Club.
