County Commissioner charged with 2nd DWI

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – Seminole police arrested Gaines County Commissioner on a second dwi charge. Charlie Lopez was first arrested in 2009, and then again on Wednesday.

According to the newspaper in Seminole, Lopez was driving while intoxicated and was involved in a crash with another vehicle on Wednesday. Lopez was charged with the DWI on Wednesday and bonded out Thursday morning.
