One hundred beauties are hoping to get a good a nights sleep before the Miss Texas USA Pageant Monday night. We caught the girls rehearsing Sunday night, making the final touches on their routine and performance for the big night. This is the fifth and final year the Miss Texas USA Pageant is scheduled to be in Lubbock. Girls from across the state have been here for the last week, competing in the preliminary rounds. Sunday night was the final dress rehearsal, but the girls we talked too weren't too nervous, just excited.
Elizabeth Chappell, Miss Permian Basin, "It has been so much fun. I've met so many great girls that are beautiful inside and out, it's been exhausting but well worth it."
Mandy Jeffreys, Miss Capital of Texas, "I feel great, a little tired but other that i think its going to be a great show."
