More flames erupted near the Crosby-Garza County line Tuesday night after crews spent days dousing flames there. Authorities say another fire burning in Crosby County is threatening one home. The fires are really taking a toll on those battling the blazes.

Back in January of 2010, a Lubbock woman, Belinda Sarabia, 46, sued Lubbock Police Officer Sadie Hockenberry. Now, there's word the two sides might settle out of court.
