Fatal Accident Investigation Ends Without Indictment

The Lubbock grand jury failed to return an indictment against two people involved in a fatal collision.

On May 18th, 18-year-old Sonja Delgado and 22-year-old Daniel Herrera were inside a car that pulled out of a parking lot and collided with a motorcycle near 82nd and University. The cyclist, Preston Troy Sanders, was killed in the accident.
