Health inspectors cited Nora's Mexican Food Restaurant at 4102 34th with five critical violations.
* Beans and carne guided were above 41 degrees.
* Rice was not at least 135 degrees.
* A hand sink was being used for more than just hand washing.
* Toxic items were near food.
* A can opener was dirty.
Nora's owner tells us the refrigerator was not cooling properly and parts were over-nighted immediately following their inspection and fixed the next day. The report shows all violations were corrected at the time of the inspection.
