LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - County Commissioners set a public hearing last week for a 4-way stop at South University Avenue and Woodrow Road. But Tuesday Commissioners changed the location. The public hearing will be at the Cooper ISD board meeting room, February 1st, 6:30 PM.
Since 2006 Texas Department of Public Safety reported ten crashes at University and Woodrow.
Correction: Commissioners made the change on Tuesday, not Monday.
