"Saturday Bandit" Faces Charges In Lubbock & Amarillo

The man dubbed the "Saturday Bandit" was brought back to the South Plains Friday to face a 9-count indictment for robberies in Lubbock and Amarillo.

In June, Timothy Gould was sentenced to close to 12-years in prison after holding up a bank in Austin. The 41-year-old Lubbock man is accused of committing a total of three armed bank robberies. He allegedly took more than $750,000 dollars in those heists.

He is currently being held in the Dickens County Jail.
