Second of two murder trials in Sauceda death now underway

MULESHOE, TX (KCBD) – The second of two murder trials in the death of Rolando Sauceda, 19, began Wednesday in Muleshoe.  Sauceda died from a gunshot wound to the chest on July 4th, 2010.  Investigators say at least 20 shots were fired. 

Michael Garcia, 25, is on trial.  His co-defendant Daniel Mendoza, 20, is serving 8 years in prison after being found guilty in November.
