23rd Annual National Cowboy Symposium continues
Spurs and cowboy hats were the clothing of choice Saturday, at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center. The 23rd Annual National Cowboy Symposium continued for it's second day. The three day event kicked off Friday and is open to anyone who wants to learn about cowboys and the culture that helped shape the heritage of the South Plains.

A district attorney for 4 South Plains counties was arrested Friday night and charged with a DWI, a class B misdeamenor.
