A 91-year-old Lubbock man has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault against a public servant after shooting at police officers early Sunday morning. Bill Williams is currently in custody of Lubbock Police while in the hospital after suffering a gunshot wound to the shoulder during the brief shootout.
