Man charged with murder will spend six years in prison

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – The second man charged in a Bailey County murder will spend 6-years in prison. The trial of 25-year-old Michael Garcia wrapped up Saturday. He's one of two people now convicted in the shooting death of 19-year-old Rolando Sauceda in July of last year.

Sauceda died from a wound to the chest. A jury convicted 20-year-old Daniel Mendoza in November. He's serving an eight year sentence.
