TxDOT to hold public meeting for Unified Transportation Program

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - TxDOT will hold a public meeting for input on the development of the 2012 Unified Transportation Program (UTP) from 4 to 7 p.m. February 10, at the Lubbock District Training Center at 135 Slaton Road.

The open-house style meeting will begin with a presentation on the 2012 UTP, which is a comprehensive ten-year plan for the development and construction of various Texas transportation projects and includes specific funding levels for each fiscal year. Exhibits will be on display and TxDOT representatives will be there to discuss the program and answer questions.
