Rollover After Trying to Avoid Animal on Road - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A pregnant woman suffered minor injuries after rolling her SUV Sunday evening. The wreck happened around 7:30 p.m. near east 50th St. and Buffalo Springs Road.

The woman said she lost control of the Jeep Liberty when she tried to dodge a prairie dog as it ran across the road. The SUV rolled several times and landed in an empty field. She was transported to University Medical Center with minor injuries.
