LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - KCBD NewsChannel 11 has new developments in the case of a former Lubbock Police Officer accused of molesting two of his adoptive daughters. The district attorney presented new evidence about another victim who claims that 32-year-old Jason Hignight sexually assaulted her when she was 18-years-old.
The district attorney brought the allegations to light as a judge considers whether to lower Hignight's bond. Highnight is charged with two counts of sexual assault of a child. He remains jailed on a 200-thousand dollar bond.
