Lubbock company, Cuter Than Cute, denies allegations in lawsuit

By James Clark - email

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock small business is sued in federal court on claims that it violated another company's trademarks. Coach Incorporated claims that Cuter Than Cute sold products with logos that look just like the Coach logo. Coach makes leather handbags, wallets, and accessories.

This month Cuter Than Cute responded in court records denying any violation. The Lubbock Company has asked that Coach get nothing from the lawsuit and pay all legal costs. Court records says Cuter Than Cute operates inside KK's Craft Mall, 6409 Indiana Avenue.
