Litterbugs beware, a statewide road campaign is urging you 'Don't Mess With Texas'. Wednesday Lubbock was the most recent stop on their statewide tour.

Organizers offered this reminder, if you are caught littering, fines would range from $500 to $1,000. But the cost to clean it up half a million dollars just for the Lubbock area and $32 million statewide.
