Earthquake rattles Scurry County

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Another earthquake rattles Scurry County. This one hit around 9:30 p.m. Monday evening about seven miles east of Snyder.

The quake measured 3.1 on the Richter scale. Currently, there aren't any reports of damage or injuries. Last year three quakes rattled the same area. In October, a 3.0 quake struck north of Snyder. In august, a quake measuring 3.4 jolted the area, and another quake hit in January measuring 2.9.
