Grand Jury Indicts Accused Rapist - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Lubbock Grand Jury indicted Gregorio Minjarez Junior on charges of aggravated sexual assault and indecency with a child.

The 33-year-old is accused of raping his fiancee's 5-year-old daughter last Wednesday. The child's mother found Minjarez raping one of her twin daughters at their home in the 300 block of East Tulane.

Minjarez was arrested after a brief chase by police.
