Jail Kitchen is Back to Cooking

The Lubbock County Jail Kitchen is back in business after about three months of intense renovation. With corroded pipes and countless other problems, health officials declared the kitchen a health hazard three months ago. It was shut down, gutted, and remodeled.

On Wednesday the kitchen reopened, which is about a month ahead of schedule.
