The Alpha Tex Kennel owners have been granted an appeal trail to get their dogs back after a Floyd County judge ruled earlier this month the dogs had been cruelly treated. As part of the appeal agreement, the owners will not have to pay the appeal bond set at more than $350,000.

The Little Elm Police Department has issued an Amber Alert for Tyler Neal, Black, Male, 5 years of age, 3 feet 11 inches tall 59 pounds. Suspect is victim's mother, Cynthia Neal, black female, 31 years of age, 180 pounds, 5 feet 4 inches. Suspect is known to wear wigs.

An investigation revealed that associates of the La Familia Michoacana drug trafficking organization in Dallas provided Methamphetamine in multi-pound quantities to suspects in Lubbock on a monthly basis for distribution in and around the South Plains.
