Lubbock Wal-Mart Investigated for Breach of Privacy - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Wal-Mart officials are investigating an incident at a Lubbock store.

Last week, a list of 22 pharmacy customers, their telephone numbers, and their prescriptions were given to another pharmacy customer. The list was found stapled to the bag containing the prescription of a Lubbock Avalanche Journal reporter.

A spokeswoman for Wal-Mart, says the incident appears accidental and that they take privacy matters seriously.

The matter remains under investigation.
