Texas Tech is already celebrating record enrollment this fall and now two more South Plains institutions are seeing a similar trend.
The Office of Admissions and Records at South Plains College says it has, once again, topped it's previous enrollment record at its Lubbock and Levelland campuses with a combined preliminary total of 9,725 students. SPC actually credits Texas Tech's growth with their own success saying the "gateway partnership" between the two is bring more students to SPC.
And the story is the same over at Lubbock Christian University. School administrators released the final numbers Monday and the numbers are up for the 6th straight year. Enrollment this fall stands at 1,937, which is up 4.6% over last year.
