George's at 6914 82nd Street is this week's only low performer. Health inspectors sited them for six critical violations.

  • Eggs sitting on a counter were 76 degrees; they were thrown out. Several other food items were above the safe cold temperature of 41 degrees.
  • An employee did not wash their hands before putting on gloves.
  • An employee handled ready to eat foods with their bare hands.
  • An uncovered drink was next to the coffee machine.
  • The refrigerator was dripping water onto uncovered corn dogs and hotdog's.
  • There was no certified food manager employed at the restaurant.

The report shows all violations, except for the last one, were corrected at the time of the inspection.
